Katana Zero is an indie game published by Devolver Digital and developed by Askiisoft. This is a 2D action platformer game and I am completely hooked with this game. I got it on the switch about 2 weeks ago now and I have played it countless times, from passing the story to doing my best in the speed run mode. But what makes this game so addicting and fun? well firstly the aesthetics in this game are just great, it has this cyberpunk sci-fi vibe to it with many retro-wave aspects as well, it just makes you feel nostalgic for a dystopian future that does not exist. The story is very interesting, amazing visuals, slick and responsive controls but what really takes the cake is the perfect soundtrack that this game is accompanied with. I cannot stress enough how good the music in this game is, it ties together everything the game is creating a very memorable vibe to the game that I honestly can't think many games have pulled off with the exception of maybe Hotline Miami. Slight Band History: American Ska punk band composed by Aimee Interrupter on lead vocals, Jesse Bivona on drums, Justin Bivona on bass and Kevin Bivona on guitar.
